Linking 2 forms with different tables

I would like to link 2 forms that come from different tables, i have linked their relationships.

how would i do this?

Now forgive me if I'm completely wrong, but this is one thing I've never tried! But I believe you would have to do it via a query.

Use a query to pull in the fields from the two tables, then create a form based on that query.

Do you mean link a subform and a form?

Do you want records to match one another according to an id number?

I have a form called members and another called doctor, i want each members doctors details to appear on a separate form as one member may have the same doctor as another member.
