I am trying to create a form in which for the first field you have 3 options (say option1, option2, and other). Only if the user chooses 'other' do I want a field below that to become accessible where the user can enter what the 'other' is. Can anyone help me?

Connect an event procedure to the click event of 'other'. In this procudure set the enabled value of the 'field below' to true.
It may be a good idea as well to connect the opposite event procedure to the click event of option1 and option2 to disable the 'field below'.
