Hello All - I have several word doc's with linked worksheet object in them. When you do a print preview all is well, nice and colourful. However whenever you print it, it comes out black instead of colour? It doesn't do it all the time but most of the time. I am running Office 2000 SP3 The following are the steps I have tried to use to fix this problem with no luck
-Several different printers, including colour laserjet, and inkjet
-For each printer PS, PCL6, PCL5 drivers
-recreating documents from scratch
-Printing to PDF format
I read a post about this problem from 2003 and the recommended fix was to insert bitmaps instead of worksheet objects, but since this data can change I can't put static bitmaps in. I have read other forums relating to this problem(suprisingly few people have had this problem) and it seems to cover all version of Office.
Any help or kick in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
