Linked OLE object not updated when refreshed in Crystal Reports .Net

I am having a very strang prob ,i put an OLE object in the report and when i changed that object and run the application to show the report i still have old ole object but when i open the report in report designer the UPDATING LINK dialog box comes and the report is refreshed
Is there any method which i can use so its refreshed at run-time
I found an article

but its crystal report 8 but i think i might come over it if someone know for .NEt Crystal report there is some method

althoug it seemed to be solved and working fine on my machines as i add the OLE Object with LINKED checbox ..as i am runnning the report from my local web-server its running fine but when u r running the same report from the main server its not refreshing the OLE object .
1) I opent the rerpot in design environment at server and again insert that OLE object
but its not refreshing there
What i think it might be something related to
a) Rights or Permission
b) Crystal Report .dlls
c) Adobe acrobat readers .dlls
not sure what causing problem
