Linked cube Error

I am trying to create a Linked Cube from another server. I could create one successfully, but while processing I am getting Error(-2147221411): Process operation failed;.


Anyone to help me in this.

not sure what it is but I can tell you in the world of MS AS (-2147221411) is a generic soap error.

Thanks MDXer for replying. I tried almost all ways to figure this problem but in vain. Nothing worked out for me.

I have some doubts regarding this error.

-Is this Linked Cube error related to service pack?
-I have another doubt whether linked cube can be created on source cube having shared dimensions?

Hope somebody will give me a solution.
