Link trouble in Dreamweaver

Hi there. Here is my problem;

When I add a link to my page in Dreamweaver and click on it in a browser window after uploading the page, it adds the hyperlink to the website link.

For example, the link url will be

http://www.example.com/test

And when I upload the page and click on the link, it brings me to:

http://www.example.com/www.example.com/test

What's wrong? I've tried links on hotspots as well as text links, but the problem continues to occur.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hey guys I set up a registration page using dreamweaver. The format is PHP/mysql. I keep getting this error message.
Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.
