Link to an inline frame

Hello,

I am having some difficulty figuring this one out:

I have a table with 2 rows:
The first row has specific menu headings.
The second has an inline frame with anchor points within the document.
How do I link the menu items to the anchor points within the inline frame?

I know how to link to an anchor point, but not within the inline frame. Or should I setup 2 frames instead of a table?
