LINK PICT WITH A PARAMETER REPORT???

Is there anyway I can link a picture with a parameter report? For example, I have a parameter report that list all the E-5's, E-6's and so on at my command. Is there way to link a picture to the parameter report showing the rank insignia for the rank listed?
