I am trying to link the "contacts" table in MS outlook. I did it successful and was able to see "contacts" table in the Access 2000 database. However, not all fields in the "contacts" table show up.

I can see all fields in the "contacts" table through Outlook. I am sure that only half of the fields show up in the linked table. I tried several times but got the same result.

Please help!

Thanks in advance!

How many fields are you able to see thru Access? I've counted 44 thru Access 2000..? Gord

Now I can see 41 fields in "contacts" table throught Access 2000. However, I believe there are 87 fields in the actual table.

I used the export function in outlook to export the "contacts" table into an Access database, and I could see all fields there. But what I really need is a linked table.

What I am concerned is whether this "contact" table is really linked from Outlook. You may check the link from the "linked Table Manager." I felt that I got different number of fields in the linked table every time I linked it.
