Link Outlook Contacts to Excel Invoice

Hi,

I have excel invoices and I am looking for a way to link my outlook contact list to it so that I don't have to enter in people's information everytime. I know this can be done, just not sure how. Can someone point me in the right direction or explain this to me. Thanks.
