link in Outlook 2003 1

Hi, we always send links in the bosy of our email, for example, \\server\folder-path. This works perfectly except when there are spaces in folder name or file name, then this link breaks. Does anybody have any idea how to send links with spaces in it? I tried quotes ("") and <> but didn't work. Thank you very much for your help.

I am not sure If I should ask this in Office forum. Sorry if this is not the right question to ask here...

Thanks. It worked, just not so handy as I thougt though.
