Lines ringing

Hello all.
System is MICS sw5.0. Customer has 2 lines that appr & ring on her phone. She has a T7316E. She wants it set to if she is on line 1 and there is an incoming call on line 2, it still rings her phone. Any settings that I need to have set up.

It should already be doing that if both lines are set to appear and ring (assuming that forward busy is set to none and DND on busy is set to no). If the ring volume is set too low to begin with, the second call would get a muted ring that may not even be audible.

Thanks Phoned, I thought it should ring on both lines. I will check about the fwd calls and volume.
