Is there a way to eliminate an extra return inserted in outgoing messages, for example:

If my message looks like this in Outlook:

Hello:

This is Mickey

If will look like this when received:
------------------------------------

Hello:



This is Mickey

Thanks for any tip that will resolve this invisible return

Try formatting you mail in rich text...or plain text or html...I think you'll need to run a few tests using each of these options.
Outlook-tools-options-mailformat.

Yes... Rich text or Plain text does remove the extra return but loses formatting like bold face, fnt size and colors. HTML maintains it but the returns.......?

Any suggestion?

I knew I had come across this before-

I never got any feed back from the user on the workaround-sadly I think the work around only works for ths signature.
Let me know if it helps. As there is no other way.

<<< Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messsages >>> from Tools > Options > Mail Format
