Line Redirection

I have a norstar system...the customer has activated line redirect on 1 of their telephone sets. Once she de-activates the feature and tries it from another set it tells her "redirected by another set". When I go back to the set that originally redirected the calls, it still shows not to be active.

Any suggestions?

An extreme suggestion but,

Make sure set relocation is off, perhaps check for Answer DNs of the effected set (remove), unplug set, plug in a 7100, let boot. When ready to use unplug 7100 and put in original set, let boot. Reprogram buttons and try placing an intercom call.

Seems to me something is stuck in programming.
