ACS R7.0 I'm trying to create Extension 12 as the owner of Line 03. I created the owner in Procedure #208, Line # 03, extension 12, am I suppose to remove Line 3 from Group Call Distribution #206, 1 and put it in #206, 3, (VMS Line Cover?

Yes. You are correct. And then of course just make sure x12 is included in #310.
