I have a MICS 6.1 w call pilot 150. We manually set the night services button every evening. Lines 1-4 are set to Auto answer in the auto attendant, 5-8 are AA:no
Line 7 has a RAD connected to it. During the day when the night services are off, I can dial into the system without a problem. Once the night services are set, Line 7 is automatically answered by the auto attendant.
why is this?

if you set the AA to answer quicker than the RAD - then this will happen
like nortelnorstar said - during night mode, the setup is forcing the call to AA
check services and ringing group for VM DN

One thing that you will want to do is to go into services and make sure that your control set is different for line 7 than for lines 1-4.

the night service will take the ring that comes in on any line that the phone activating night service is the control set for, the main station 21, 221 etc. is defaulted to be the control set for ALL lines. (this includes all of the DID target lines, one customer went into night service and every call in was answered by AA!)
