Line Noise on LG GDK-16

Here's my problem.

I have a GDK-16 system fitted with 3 phones and all works well, apart from the 'noise' I hear on the calls.

Apparently my customers and anyone else calling can hear me crystal clear, but I can hardly hear them for the noise on the line.

The system is plugged into a standard BT filter, from which I also take my broadband.

Previously with a standard BT phone, by-passing the PBX, everything is clear also.

Any suggestions ? has anyone else experienced this ?

Yes. You need to connect your GDK-16 to a common grounding through the mains (power supply).
Otherwise try to use another line on the LCOB.
This means also: Reprogramming of the lines.
