Hey everybody,
I have several customers who want to be able to monitor other employees calls. I know that nortel allows for a supervisor to listen in, but that only works for incoming calls.
So what's the best way on a PRI for a manager to monitor about 30 stations. Any solution would be helpful. Thanks
