Line monitoring

Hey everybody,

I have several customers who want to be able to monitor other employees calls. I know that nortel allows for a supervisor to listen in, but that only works for incoming calls.

So what's the best way on a PRI for a manager to monitor about 30 stations. Any solution would be helpful. Thanks

has a method using their SO-24 Silent observation devices but this involves splitting the handset cord with a "Y" plug and feeding a pair back from the telephone set itself to the SO-24. Look at both the SO-24 and the SO-24ak
