Line coloring a listbox

Hello.

Is there a way to line color a listbox.
I.e. every other line is light blue.

Then when you look at the listbox the lines are white, light blue, white and so on...

The text itself would remain standard black.

I don't believe you can do this with a standard listbox (although I've been wrong before).
