hello,

I installed a mics dr5 in my office last month. Today I added a new CO line, it is the 5th co line on the system. I have it punched down to 025 red/brown. The system returns "not in service" when i try to use that line.

I used feature *0 to verify that that button is line 025.

This system was defaulted to original when it was installed.

line is "appear and ring" at that station.

The first 4 Co lines work fine.

I also tried to connect the CO line to 026 with the same results.

Thank you in advance for any help you might offer.

Did you check Hardware under programming to make sure that it is definitely Line 025 that is on card 2?

nope... there is only one CI card and one fiber mod installed.

only one CI card?...it appears you need another card.
Line 025 resides on card 2 (it may be line 031 depending on SW version)

that worked of course... thank you soo much.. a thousand internets to you !!!
