Hi All,
A co-worker was asking me if this is possible. He wants to know if
there is a way in Outlook to limit scheduling appointments at certain
times. For example, you don't want to have any appointments before 9:30
A.M. I know you could schedule a reoccurring appt. every day before
9:30 but that clutters up the calendar. You can, of course, not accept
the appt. but then you inconvenience the other attendees by
rescheduling. Is there a way to do this?

As Far As I am aware the only way to do this is to schedule recurring appointments every weekday before nine thirty and not to set reminders on the appointment.
