I don't know if Adobe can handle this for.
If you are a Windows user, you can assign priveledges to the folder containing the images to whomever you wish, e.g. just you (your loginID and passWD) or include others.
Right click on the folder, click properties and choose the security tab to view all with access to the folder.
Your system admin (yourself if you have admin permission, can control the list of users.
I hope this is what you're asking for.
