limited user rights for printers

In XP pro, I gave limited user rights to load and unload device drivers in local security settings, but he still can not install a local printer. Is there any way to give a limited user the rights to install local printers.
 
A Local Printer will automatically available to any user that logs on at that computer. A Network Printer will normally only be available to whoever Adds the printer, (but see for how to add a Network Printer for all users.)

As a result of the printer being available to all users the limited user has insufficient rights to install a local printer with the addition of load/unload Device Driver. A member of hte Power User Group however could:
Methods:

. Elevate the user to Power User. (This is not as powerful as the Win2k version of this Group). Add the load/unload device drive right.

. Logon as local Administrator and install the printer;

. Use Runas for the limited account. Use a runas wrapper to secure local admin password and username. From Tek-Tips forum member Greg Palmer:
