I have a report based on a cross tab query where the column headings are dates (grouped by week), the rows are product nums, the "data" is number sold. The cross tab query returns all of the information I need, but the report only shows the product number and the first 5 weeks of information. The column headings are present, but there is no data displayed. For your reference, I used the exact example from Microsoft's Solutions9.mdb with slight modifications to fit my query name, field names, parameters, etc. If needed, I will either paste the coding (or excerpts) here or e-mail to anyone who would like to see it.
