I have a graph in a report in Access. Waht I need is to have ONLY 10 records returned from the query. I have them in descending order so I don't need TOP I just need 10 returned.
Is there a difference?
Th reason I don not want to use top is because more records are returned due to other columns included in the query.

Thanks guys.

I'm not sure why you can't limit your records using TOP. Adding other fields does not make any difference in the number of records returned.
