Limit Number of Messages Per Connection

I have a "smarthost" that I am forwarding all of my outbound e-mail to. It requires 1 message per connection to work properly. I knew how to change this in E2K3 but for the life of me cannot find documentation on how to change it in E2K7. I am assuming this is a PowerShell only change as I can not find it in the GUI anywhere and E2K7 does not use the W2K3 SMTP servers.

Anyone run into this yet?

You would expect it to be in Org Conf/Hub Transport/Send Connectors/<Connector>/Network/Edit Smart Host.

Interestingly it isn't there.
