Limit Concurrent logons

Does anyone know how to limit a user to only one concurrent logon not including terminal server. We would like to restrict all users to only being able to logon to one workstation at a time. Our users also use terminal server so these logons cannot count toward the restriction. I have tried to get a batch file to do this with little success. We have a fairly complex kixstart batch that runs as at logon so if there is a batch command we could selectivly run that on only workstations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
