Limit access to DNS console via GPO ?

I'm trying to lock down the MMC console so other admins at remote sites can only view DNS and not make changes. I'm trying to do this via a Group Policy.

Has anyone ever accomplished this?

Not via GP, but via the security settings under the DNS Server... hope this is what you mean.
