Light always ON on a T7316

What is the fonction to turn off the red light on the T7316.

I have no VM installed and no message waiting from norstar.

The light is on since it was installed and smae thing after a cold start with the STARTUP fonction.

Help!

It is defective set, there was a batch of those sets released with the light remaining on so ask your dealer to have it replaced.
