Licensing of Crystal Reports

Let's say I develop a Crystal Report in versions 8, 8.5, 9 or 10. If I buy or have a programmer develop a web viewer . . . am I still limited to 5 people viewing the CR reports on the server at the same time?

The licensing is confusing to me.

In version 8.5 i know you cant have more than 5 session going.
you can have your web server ping the user if is not reponding kill the session

If you just want people to see the report output, try exporting it, to Word or Excel or Acrobat (PDF) or as a web page.

If you want them to be able to run their own reports, then that's what licences are for, in both Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise.
