License Problem

Dear All,

I have Crystal reports 8.5 developer edition 5 user license,while installing it ask me for a live internet connection which i normally do and i have used my 5 licenses
But now one of that installed machine has crashed due to Hard Disk problem
can somebody help me on how to use that license of the machine which crashed

Pls Help me out of this as i have also mailed them on support but still no replies

I don't think the internet connection does anything special with the 5 licenses, so you should be able to just reinstall the software on that PC or on another. If you are using a specific language edition, like Spanish, I believe that there are more restrictions on installation. Are you getting an error?
