License migration from 2000 Server

I currently have a 2000 Server acting as my domain controller, file server and terminal server. We are wanting to move the terminal services to a new standalone server running 2003 Server. I have 30 Windows 2000 server CAL's and 15 Windows 2003 Terminal Services CAL's that I use now. I know my terminal services CAL's will move over but can I use my current 2000 server license or do I have to purchase 30 new 2003 Server license?
