License for console operator

If you've done a LIDAP and it's telling you that you've used up your license for your operator consoles then the only way to get more is to get in touch with an Ericsson approved partner.
Could be costly and if you've got BC10 then you'll have to upgrade the whole system before they'll entertain increasing your license and that will be very costly!

My MD110 have two console operator ,I want add more one. I have the file ,but I don´t now how to send .
