Licencing Server Off Line

Hi all,

Just wondering what happens if our Licencing Server dies/drops/goes off line/etc?

So that it no longer is available to the Win2k3 Terminal server?

Do all previously licenced users still have access and only new users to the machine are refused
OR
Will all users be refused until it can be found again?

Thanks in advance - sort of a dumb question, I am thinking that it will be the later of the 2, but would be nice to have some confirmation either way.
