One of our users computers had some flaky problems after uninstalling/reinstalling a few programs. The latest of which comes up when trying to access the local users and groups snap-in (user manager) in the computer management console. In the left pane the local users and groups icon has a red circle w/ white X, in the right pane I have the error message "unable to access the computer <computername>. The error was: Library not registered." I cannot reinstall one of the users programs because it apparently accesses part of this snap in to configure the software or at least verify administrative rights to the PC. It is running windows 2000 sp3.
