Library Items re-writing document-relative links - why???

In one instant, all the library items on my site have had their links rewritten by Dreamweaver 3. I've no idea how it happened, but they no longer link to where they're supposed to, as now they're all preceeded by "/". If I try and re-write the links to how they appeared before, on saving Dreamweaver just saves them all with "/", no matter what I do.

Have I somehow changed the document -relative command site wide? How do I get it back to what it was?
