LI-Ion Battery Rebuilding

I was wondering whether it would be worth (or even possible) to re-build LI_Ion batteries. We have over 24 Toshiba Laptops and the batteries are all going dead. The replacement costs are pretty steep for these. Anyone got any good suggestions or places that revuild LI_Ion batteries?

If it was an individual cell going bad it would be repairable, but it sounds as if they are simply facing their normal end-of-lifecycle duty failure.

You certainly would benefit looking to the web for on-line sources of new rather than refurbished batteries.
