i have an lgdk 100 system,that i have been working on have programmed everything from scratch.the problem is the system is hooked up to a management system (man 3000),and when one makes a call from any office'( which have a designated ext number,eg 200)on the man 3000 it appears with a different ext number,what could be the problem please assist.

How does the LG connect to the Man 3000? Is it via serial or LAN? Does the Man 3000 use the SDMR records or have you got tapi installed?
If it's smdr then perhaps you need to look at the setup on the Man 3000 and make sure you click the correct LG system! If it says LG LDK100 try the GDK100 or IPLDK100 settings, this might then collect the data in its proper format.
