LG-Nortel ipLDK-20 reset

Whilst doiong some office decorating our system got disconnected and switched off at the mains. When reconnected we found we had no outside line and the handset displayed gobble-de-gook on the first two lines.

Is there a simple way to reset the system?

The system shows as LGE/DX66p-2.1D1 Mar/06 Korea

It is necessary to contact your LG-Nortel dealer, as he will be the only one to rescue your telephone system.
It takes skilled engineers to rescue (or try to rescue) your ipLDK-20.
The operation will deal with booting on a new and special software image, and the uploading the firmaware to the ipLDK-20.
The job can take some time, but it is cheaper to try to rescue the system than buying a new one.
