LG LDK-300 PSU, will a GDK-100 do the job? 1

Hello,
I have a LDK-300 system, which is without a PSU - I also have several GDK-100 systems with PSUs - will a GDK-100 PSU run the LDK-300 system (preferably without any form of explosion, card damage, loss of life and/or limbs)?

The PSU does fit in the system, but the rail in the LDK-300 needs some repair work before it will sit correctly. Is it worth doing so I can get the PSU in, or should I just give up on it?

Hello,

The ipLDK 300 manual states that a GDK 100 PSU3 (250W) can be installed into the ipLDK 300....
BUT need to bear in mind wattage...
The ipLDK 300 PSU is 350W but the GDK 100 PSU3 is only 250W - so need to be very carefull what cards are installed in the KSU

Best option is to us the ipLDK 300 PSU
