LG Ipldk100

I currently have a LG ipldk100 single cabinet set up running software ver3.7
The card config is- Mpbe, Dtib24, slib6, Wtib and Vmib
The system has 12 digital extensions and a Wireless dect solution using the wtib

The problem is every other morning random phones are beeping and displaying various characters in the screens. It happens to nearly all the phones and not just one in particular. The dtib card has been replaced once already.A reset seems to cure this but it happens again a couple of days later.

Any ideas what could be causing this

Hi,

Sounds like you might have a dodgy psu or possibly getting power spikes. Is it on a UPS?

Ok thanks for that. It's very difficult to monitor as its so intermittent. There is no ups connected either.

You need to have a proper grounding! Then also use ferrite cores to bind on all incomming cables like the power cord and ISDN or analoge CO lines.
