lg ipldk-20 voim on new motherboard

I've just started supporting an ipldk-20 system that has a voim module
The original system it was connected to broke the fitters replaced the main unit but don't seem to have added the license to run the voim
is there any way to check this and is there any way to get the license back up and running on the new main board?

You Can check if license is installed by [Trans/PGM] + 78. If you get only zeroes (0000000000), the no license exist. Please post your result.

I have a key with a range of numbers and letters
Then a pck with just dots after.

Trans/Prog + 78" give you access to see the system licenses in your ipLDK PBX:

The licenses are listed by a number(#).
1. QSIG over PRIB (tieline) has license #0.
2. PC Attendant console has license #1.
3. CTI Application supporting TAPI 2.1 has license #2.
4. VOIP networking with VOIB/VOIBE has license #5.
5. PC Phone (ezPhone) to control your keyset has lic#6.
6. IP Soft Phone (Phontage?)has license #9.

"Trans/Prog + 79" give you access to see the softphone licenses in your ipLDK PBX.
The numbers 000/000 tell you the number of standard/deluxe softphone license, you have been bying.
The 2 free softphone licenses that go with every ipLDK and iPECS can not be seeb in "Trans/Prog + 79".
Free of charge: Connect 2 softphones and as many LIP-7024 hardphones as the ipLDK system allows.
Hardphones are not using licenses.
