LG Aria LK30D hunt group query

Morning all and merry xmas.
I've just been employed for a firm that has a pretty ole and woeful phone setup.
Something simple which im sure is only a few key strokes is giving me a headache, the aria programming is a cryptic as it comes for me.

Scnario:

Reception has a 30kd and a DSS (extra flex buttons + line) attachment on her phoen.

if someone calls reception, she picks up.
If a second person calls reception, it automatically forwards to another extension (the extension is plugged into the dss)
The light on her flex button panel flashes, when this second call comes in.

The issue is, when the second call came in, it used to make an audible ring. Now it doesnt.

I'm trying to turn that audible ring on for the 2nd line thats on her flex button. Any help is greatly appreciated.

it sounds like a busy forward or preset call forward something of the like , does the handset have broken internal dial tone?
