LG ARIA LAN connection 1

I have a LG Aria 24ip. I have installed the LANU card but am unable to connect to the system. I have connected via a switch. My system software version is TE^^P-3.7Ca APR/07 and I have installed LDK PCADMIN Vers 3.7. When I try to ping the system I get no reply. ANy ideas?

If you log in from the main phone to your LDK system by [TRSNS/PGM]+ * + # + (code) + #.

Check PGM 108 and if the data is correctly entered.

PGM BTN ITEM
108 1 IP Name
2 *Server IP Address
3 CLI IP Address
4 *Gateway Address
5 *Subnet Mask
Make sure that all with * maked infos are entered.


I guess that you need to set a default gateway, as this is mandatory.

Thanks, I have no Gateway Address set. Should it be my router address?

Yes, you should use your router address as default gateway.

Unfortunately that did not fix it. I am getting an error code 10060.

Please list your ip addresses from the ARIA and from your PC:

IP Address
Default Gateway Address
Subnet Mask

Also try to restart the ARIA.

If all things fail, use a "cross coonection cable" between the ARIA and the PC.
