Lexmark 23xx/40xx Serial Interface Switch Settings

Anybody have a switch-setting sheet for a Lexmark 23xx/40xx (Part Number 1363110) Serial-to-centronics interface? I want to hook a "dumb" printer up to MICS DR5 SMDR for a few days, and I have the Lexmark, but no docs to tell me the baud/databits/stopbits meanings of the switches.
12-Position DIP switch.
