Hello,

I am in the process of adding CTI to a Call Center.

I am programing a Vector in which I ask for 10 digits and do an adjunt route.

My question is how do I prevent entered digits less then 10 digits in length from adjunt routing?

I want the call to bypass the adjunct route and go to another VDN if less then 10 digits.

I wonder if you could do the following:

goto vector xx if digits = ?????????

Worth a try anyhow.

I have place a step in the vectoring (before the adjunct route) that states that if < = 999999999 would go to the next step.

This did not work.

SW

I inserted a line that states goto step 5 if digits = ????????.

I try placing a call with 2 digits and it still doesn't see the goto step.
