length of mail that can be sent throug HYPERLINK in Excel

Hello!
I generate emails from a list in Excel using the following:

HYPERLINK("mailto:"&AE2&"&subject="&F2&"&body=HI PLEASE WORK WITH "&F2&".";"SENDMAIL")


but I realise that the number of character is limited (both in the body and in the subject. Does anybody know how many characters are allowed and how I can increase this length?
