I have a Legend Reporter. no one had ever logged off for a long time.Well someone logged off and now we cannot log on.
Does anyone know of a backdoor userid/password or default that could get us in.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the info. I have already read that manual and the default info didn't work.
