Hi, I created a report which has a column filled with different colors depending on particular criteria, for example RED if Budget over $10k, YELLOW if Budget within $0 and $10K and GREEN if under Budget. I had achieved this by using Alerters.

I need to display the legend (criteria) for this at the end of the report. Please update me on the same.

There is no "legend". You certainly could put your own cells at the bottom and color them accordingly. You could then put whatever text you want next to the cells.

It all depends on the definition of 'legend'....
If your report includes a section you can create a dummy table to be positioned just outside the section boundaries and it will always position itself just below lower part of your report object (table, crosstab), just under the lower boundary of the section..........

Thanks for the suggestions!
I am facing a problem if I am inserting my own cells underneath the sections.

Problem: When the report in the last page fits exactly to the page, the legend (new table/cells) are going to the next page independently. I need this to be a part of the report ie., the last row in my report should also be printed in the next page. So, that I will be getting the page header etc., on to the next page instead of just the legend box.

Hi,

How 'bout making the Cell as part of the Report Block and then placing "Avoid Page Break"??? Does that work ???
