Legato DRM (disaster recovery manager) Failed

I'm trying to initiate "Create Image NOW" operation on client, but I failed.
There is "Unable to copy "fal.log" to "fal.old".Halting Mini OS Image creation." message in the drmTrace.log file.

I have installed DRM on the "pure" Win2k Server (SP4), there is no any problem with DRM license or NetWorker Server configuration (I have done everything regarding installation manual). DRM services are started.
I cann't understand why doesn't DRM log system state parameters!

Have anybode any idea?
